- NO PETS.
- Deposits required. Refundable upon inspection for cleanliness, damage and inventory. Normal
wear is acceptable.
- Rent is due on Saturday before noon and if not paid when due, you will vacate
immediately.
- Renters/Guest accept responsibility for any children on property & hold owners
harmless.
- Maximum people allowed per cabin is four, three in efficiency.
- Missing inventory, damage and cleaning will be charged to your deposit.
- Zero tolerance for major disturbances.
- No loud music or excessive noise.
- No major servicing or washing of vehicles on property.
- Be considerate of parking spaces.
- Please put trash bags by your drive or in trash bin on property.
- Abuse of property or theft will be prosecuted.
